Jovana D. Đorđević Sijerić is an attorney in Belgrade and a partner in the law office Đorđević&Đorđević. She graduated from the Faculty of Law in Belgrade in 2008, after which she completed her internship in the law office of her father and expert Dragoljub. She was entered in the directory of attorneys of the Belgrade Bar Association in 2011. In the period from 2009 to 2010, Jovana worked as an assistant in the case of Vlastimir Đordjevic before the International Criminal Tribunal for the former Yugoslavia, and from 2010 to 2012 she worked as a legal advisor in the case of General Zdravko Tolimir. She has participated in many human rights seminars, and in the final phase of the selection procedure for testing the position of lawyers in Strasbourg, organized by the Council of Europe; she participated in the drafting of the European Convention on the Protection of Old and Traditional Crafts before the Council of Europe, as well as in the seminar on corporate governance. Jovana was also a participant in the working group for harmonization of regulations on advocacy in the Republic of Serbia with the legislation of the European Union.
Attorney Jovana Đordjevic Sijeric is a mediator and has licenses for the defense of juvenile criminal offenders and criminal legal protection of juveniles. She deals primarily with criminal law, international criminal law, civil law and commercial law. At the same time, Jovana is a judge of the Disciplinary Court of the Belgrade Bar Association since June 2018. She speaks English. Since 2018, she has been a partner in the law office Đorđević&Đorđević.
